Week 1: Introduction to Sewing June 3rd-June 6th (Sewing Basics)

Get ready to dive into the world of sewing! In our first week, campers will learn the fundamentals of sewing, from threading a needle to mastering basic stitches. They’ll kick off their sewing journey by creating simple yet practical projects like tote bags, fabric bookmarks, and decorative pillowcases. Through hands-on instruction and guided practice, campers will build confidence in their sewing skills while unleashing their creativity. Already have some experience under your belt?! We’ll level up and add special trims, zippers and appliques to further increase your sewing skills.

Some sample projects may include:

1. Simple tote bag
2. Fabric bookmarks
3. Decorative pillowcase
4. Pencil pouch
5. Fabric coasters
6. Drawstring bag
7. Sunglasses case
8. Patchwork pot holder
9. Scrunchies
10. Fabric keychains

Open to children ages 7-14. Space is limited to 8 campers each week.

Camps will run M-Th from 9AM-2PM

Please note, if your child is currently enrolled or has attended a previous sewing camp, we will do our best to adjust projects based on their skill level and projects to avoid potential duplicates.

Children should bring a water bottle, and a sack lunch each day. We will provide snacks and water. Please specify any allergies upon registration.

• $245 Per Camper weekly (Early Bird Special through April 30th)
• $275 Per Camper weekly (As of May 1st)

Cancellation Policy. Though never anticipated, if This n’ That has to cancel camp for any reason, we will offer a 100% refund back. Scheduled attendees who cancel 14 days or more prior to their session, will receive a full refund minus the deposit of $50. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a scheduled session will be issued a half refund minus the $50 deposit. No shows = no refunds. Thank you for understanding!
