Minimum Group Size

A minimum of 12 participants is required for a group to qualify for our field-trip pricing and format.

What About Chaperones?

Chaperones are welcome and do not pay an admission or participation fee as long as they are supervising or helping their group and are not taking home a completed project.

If a chaperone would like to participate and take home a project, they simply pay the applicable project price.

Can We Have Lunch During Our Visit?

Absolutely. We can build a lunch break into your field-trip schedule if your group needs additional time.

Groups can also visit Jesse Owens Park, located near Broadway and Sarnoff. It is the closest park to our studio and can be a convenient option for groups that would like some outdoor time before or after their creative activities.

Let us know your schedule needs when booking, and we can help build an itinerary that works for your group.

We Want Everyone to Have the Opportunity to Create

We understand that school and community-group budgets can sometimes be tight.

Our goal is not to turn a child away from a creative experience simply because of a limited budget.

If your group loves the idea of visiting but is concerned about pricing, please talk to us. We are happy to discuss your budget and see if there is a way to create an experience that works for your group whenever possible.

We may be able to adjust the project, create a combination of activities, or build a custom experience that better fits your budget.

Please don’t hesitate to ask. We’d rather have the conversation than have kiddos miss out.
